MEET LIZ KROFT

Liz is a co-founder of and Realtor® at Sol Property Advisors. With over 14 years of experience in real estate and more than $114 million in sales across the greater California Bay Area Liz a well-regarded agent, industry innovator, and ambassador for her clients. She is President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Santa Cruz in 2021 and was named Best Realtors in the San Lorenzo Valley in the Santa Cruz Sentinel Readers Choice in 2020. She is also our caffeinated marketing guru.

People often ask “How did you get into real estate?”

Her answer: “By following my passion.”

Liz has been a competitive sailor for nine years and supposes it all started one day on the bow of a sailboat on the Monterey Bay. She was ready for a change after six years in Risk Management at a property and casualty insurance company. She was searching for something that was less reactionary and made a bigger impact on people’s lives, for a calling that connected her with people and let her deeply analytical and creative sides flourish. That day her sailing mentor introduced her to the owners of a boutique real estate firm in Los Gatos and the rest, as they say, is history.

Fast Forward

Liz is now a co-founder of Sol Property Advisors and a principal of one of the top real estate teams in Santa Cruz County (The Kroft & Hulsey Team). In 2020 she served as the Women’s Council of Realtors President Elect and Treasurer. She followed one passion (sailing) and discovered another - helping clients achieve their real estate goals. From seasoned investors to first-time homebuyers every sale is a unique puzzle that Liz can’t wait to solve in ways that exceed expectations.

All About Community

Over the years Liz has been a real estate resource for The Santa Cruz Sentinel, KCET, and KION as well as Leadership Santa Cruz County and Modern Real Estate Professionals. She previously served as Membership Director for Think Local First and the Port District Liaison for the Santa Cruz Yacht Club, volunteered with O’Neill Sea Odyssey and Habitat For Humanity and was awarded the Corinthian Yachtswoman of the Year. In her spare time Liz enjoys sailing, traveling, yoga, and surfing. And macaroni and cheese.
